Sam Day Buddy Run- Created September, 2020

Drone Shots by Portlandrone

19 runners ran over 12 miles from Doernbecher to Terra Linda Park. During their run, I drove around town following and getting good shots of them running. The Sam Day Foundation wanted a video capturing both the run, and the amazing support and cheering during the event.

The Sam Day Buddy Run is a small group, high-impact charity run for select endurance runners, benefitting the Sam Day Foundation. Sam Day Foundation is exploring ways to partner with Doernbecher to support various research programs which could lead to better treatments for brain tumor and sarcoma cancers.

This amazing success of an event put on by @samdayfoundation raised over $50,000!
